The Pointer Dog-GPS offers a service that has never before been available with any dog radar or GPS navigator.

You receive the device fully operational

When you order your Pointer Dog-GPS, you will be asked over which area you would like to have the complimentary map downloaded in to your navigator, who would you like to be able to track you dog and the name of your dog. You receive the dog’s transmitter and the navigator fully programmed. That the two operate together has been tested and the map you have requested is already downloaded in to the navigator.

Good instructions help to use the device

The clear and extensive instructions are included with the Pointer Dog-GPS. With their help you can familiarize yourself with the deepest secrets of the device. In addition, you can find more tips from the frequently asked questions- section at the Pointer web page.

Phone and email service help with problems

Pointer helpdesk will be glad to help with any problems and questions you might have. If necessary, your dog’s transmitter can be reprogrammed or adjusted from the Helpdesk even if the dog is in the woods.
