Customer satisfaction and success in tests

The customers have been very satisfied with the Dog-GPS devices. They have described the device as revolutionary and have repeatedly approached us with stories of how it has helped them to learn new things about their dogs and about the behaviour of the game animals.

Several hunter magazines tested the device. It was chosen as the hunting product of the year 2002 by Erä-lehti magazine in Finland. The test is included here. The shortcomings noted in the tests were corrected in the year 2003 model. Nevertheless, we didn’t want to stop the development and that is why we made the Pointer Quick, that is an even better product.

Pointer Dog-GPS has been well received by several hunting magazines. Here a few comments:

In Finland the device was chosen as the hunting product of the year by Erä-lehti magazine 4/2003.

Erä-lehti recommendation:
“Pointer Dog-GPS finds the location of the dog with excellent accuracy and ease even in wide wilderness areas. It saves tens, even hundreds, of driving kilometers. The device is suitable for many breeds of dogs as there are several sizes of harnesses available. On the navigator it is possible to follow the hunt in real time and the tracking function helps in positioning lookouts during the hunt.”

Jakt & Fiske from Norway Norway tested the Pointer against it competitors. The Pointer Dog-GPS won the test. Read the summary of the article from here (Norwegian language).

Svenska Jaktjournalen – magazine 12/2002:
“With modern technology it is possible to listen whether your dog is running in rough terrain or on a road regardless of distances as long as there is GSM coverage available.”

Svenska Svenska Jaktmarker och Fiskevatten – magazine 5/2003:
“The Dog-GPS is an interesting device that opens up a new exciting development in locating dogs.”

Svenska Jakthunden – magazine 2/2003:
“Easy to use and clear, alternatively receiving distance and direction to the dog, good accuracy, short response time.”

Norge Jeger Hund & Vapen Tidningen – magazine 5/2003
gave the device five star out of six for accuracy, the map display, unlimited range and the possibility to listen to the dog with a mobile phone, among others.
