New Pointer Dog-GPS:

The test winner has been improved!

Never before has another dog positioning device done so well in a test in the nordic countries and in the rest of Europe as the Pointer Dog-GPS. Hunter magazines have tested and praised it. Our engineers like to develop ideas and wanted to improve the device even more; therefore we made a new Pointer Quick –software for the Dog-GPS.

In the Pointer Quick it has been made extremely easy to position the dog. By a single press on the quick button you ask for the dogs position and after a few seconds you get an answer from the dog device. You open the message and you will see the dogs position on the map.

When the dogs position is on the map, you will on the same screen see all the essential things: The dogs trace, your own position, direction and distance to the dog, the speed of the dog, the other dogs and waypoints that you have saved in the memory of the device – e.g. could a waypoint be your car. If you want get the position again, then just press the quick button a few seconds and wait a moment, then you will get an updated position of the dog.

Pointer Dog-GPS

The Pointer Dog-GPS equipment consists of a Pointer Dog-GPS dog GPS/GSM-sender, that is to be placed in a harness, and a Pointer Map-GPS hunter GPS/GSM-receiver. The Dog-GPS device searches for its position with the help of GPS satellites and sends an SMS message with the data to the hunters Map-GPS device. Hereafter the dogs position will be displayed on the screen. You can also call the dog and listen to what is going on around it.

Other hunters in the hunting party can also purchase their own Pointer Hunter-GPS and simultaneously follow the movements of even all the dogs in the party, regardless of distances. The dog owner can decide who has the right to track his dog.
